Refund policy

Everything in the Planfolk shop is an instant digital download: hyperlinked PDF planners and journals, editable PowerPoint templates, and spreadsheets for Google Sheets and Excel. Nothing is shipped. That means there is nothing to send back, no return shipping and no restocking fee.

All sales are final

A digital file can't be returned once it has been delivered and downloaded. For that reason, all sales of digital downloads are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, for choosing a different design or color, or for files that go unused.

Before you buy, please read the product page, including the list of apps and software the file is made for, and make sure it works with your device.

If something isn't working, we'll help

We want every download to work for you. Please get in touch if:

  • a file is corrupted or won't open
  • your download link or Google Sheets link doesn't work
  • the file doesn't match its product description
  • you bought the same item twice by mistake

In these cases, our first step is to fix the problem: we'll send you a replacement file or help you get it working. If we can't solve it, we may offer a refund for the affected item, at our discretion.

Reach us through our contact page or by email at contact@planfolk.com. To help us sort things out quickly, please include:

  • your order number (you'll find it in your confirmation email)
  • the device and app you're using (for example, iPad with Goodnotes, PowerPoint on Windows, or Google Sheets in a browser)
  • a screenshot of the problem or of any error message

We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Please contact us before a chargeback

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card company. Most problems can be fixed quickly with a new file or a little help, and we'd much rather sort it out with you directly.

Buyers in the EU and UK

Our files are delivered immediately after purchase. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, by completing your purchase and downloading the files you agree to immediate delivery, and you acknowledge that, where the law allows, this ends your right to withdraw from (cancel) the purchase.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
