ADHD Planner 2027, Bright Rainbow
- Instant download, nothing ships
- Works with Goodnotes, Notability & any PDF app
- Yours to keep, no subscription
This ADHD planner for adults lays out 2027 one page a day, with a time-blocked schedule that has a guess column and an actual column, plus brain dumps, a dopamine menu and a restart page for missed days. It's 568 dated, hyperlinked pages in a clear color for every month, sent as an instant digital download with nothing shipped.
You get one PDF: 568 pages, dated January 1 to December 31, 2027, with weeks that start on Sunday.
Works in Goodnotes, Notability and Noteshelf on iPad, and in Xodo or Samsung Notes on Android tablets: any note app that keeps PDF links.
How the pages are built
- One page a day. Each day has its own page, so there's never a crowded week to squeeze into.
- Time you can see. The schedule runs from 7 AM to 10 PM with a plan column and a "How long?" pair: write your guess, then the actual time.
- A restart page. Missed a week? Skip the gap, open today's page and pick one tiny step.
- Short sections. Every page is optional, and every page is two taps or fewer from Home.
The rainbow look
Each month has its own clear color, from cobalt blue in January to emerald in December, and every dated page takes it on, so tabs, cards and labels tell you at a glance which month you're in. The sections are color-coded too: purple Home, teal Toolkit, blue 2027, green Habits and orange Notes. Pages are warm white. The cover is a set of twelve colored month circles, and each one opens its month.

A day, a week, a month
The daily page starts with Top 3 today, then a time check (start by, leave by), one tiny next step and a brain dump box. The schedule sits in the middle. On the right: energy and mood on five-circle scales, a self-care checklist (water, meals, moved my body, went outside, rest and breaks) and wins today. Buttons along the bottom open the next and previous days, the week, the month, the dopamine menu and My real times.
The week page shows seven days you tap to open, a top 3 and wins. The weekly reset beside it has an editable checklist, what went well, what got in the way and next week's top 3. Week 1 begins on Sunday, December 27, 2026.
The month opens on a calendar where you tap a date for its day or a week label for its week. US federal holidays and their observed days off are in red; Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween and the two daylight saving dates are marked in a softer color. Beside it: 3 things that matter and appointments & deadlines. At month end, the check-in asks what went well, what was hard and what you'll try next month.
The dopamine menu is a page of your own lists in five courses: starters (quick boosts of 5 minutes or less), mains, sides that make boring tasks easier, desserts that are easy to overdo, and specials to plan ahead. A "my go-to picks" box holds favorites for low-energy days.
These are planning pages. The planner is an organizer, not medical advice or treatment, and no particular result is promised. Use what helps and skip the rest.
Who it's for
- Adults who want each day on one uncluttered page, with the time written down.
- Anyone who wants to compare their time guesses with the real thing.
Prefer softer colors? The same 568 pages come in Calm Sage. To track up to 20 habits with weekly check-ins, there's the Bright Pop habit tracker. More in Time for you and digital planners.
Questions
I missed two weeks. Do I start over? No. Open the restart page, tap today's date on the calendar and carry on from there.
Is there a Monday-start version? No. The weeks run Sunday to Saturday.
Do I have to fill in every section? No. Use the pages that help.
Will the tabs work on a page I duplicate? Most apps let you duplicate a page, but its tabs may not work in every app. Your app's outline panel can jump to any month, week or day.
Can I print it? Yes. Choose landscape and "fit to page" on US Letter or A4. The pages are white with color on the labels and tabs, so they print lightly; small labels print smaller.
