The Classic Christmas look

The cover is deep evergreen: a pine wreath with holly and a red bow around a cream medallion, gold and red ornaments above and wrapped gifts in the corners. Inside, the pages are warm cream with a thin gold double frame, pine and holly in the top corners and evergreen table headers. Each section opens on an evergreen panel with a wreath. A gold star marks Home, and Home plus the seven section tabs run along the bottom of every page after the cover, so any page is two taps or fewer away.

A walk through the 96 pages

Start. The contents page links to all seven sections and 18 of the most-used pages. A How to Use page and two sticker pages follow: festive art and word stickers such as Wrapped!, Mailed and Cookie Day.

I. Holiday Overview. November and December calendars with space for key dates, a countdown that starts at 24 on December 1 and ends on a Christmas Day star, and a key-dates table that already lists 12 moments, from Thanksgiving and "mail cards by" to New Year's Eve. Two to-do pages (November and December) each start with ten essentials. Six holiday week pages run Sunday to Saturday. The holiday budget and two spending logs close the section.

II. Gifts. Five gift list pages hold 60 people, 12 a page, with columns for gift ideas, budget, spent, bought, wrapped and given or sent. Eight people get their own idea card for sizes and likes. Then a Black Friday & Cyber Monday deal tracker, six wish lists, six stocking cards, a Secret Santa planner, two order tracker pages for 28 online orders with return-by dates, and a wrap & ship page with tracking numbers.

How the holiday budget pages work

The budget page opens with three boxes: total budget, spent so far and left to spend. Below them, 12 categories each have planned, spent, difference and notes columns, ending in a total row: gifts, cards & postage, decorations, food & groceries, hosting & parties, travel, outfits & clothing, charity & giving, wrapping & shipping, activities & outings, thank-you gifts & tips, and extras. Two spending logs hold 32 purchases. You write in your own figures; nothing adds up automatically. Questions

Can I use it again next Christmas? Yes. Nothing is dated: write the year on the cover and the dates in the calendars. Keep a blank copy of the PDF and import it fresh next season.

What if I buy for more than 60 people? Duplicate a gift list page in your app; its tabs keep working.

Do I need the Thanksgiving page? No. It's marked optional: use it for another holiday meal, or skip it.

Can two of us share it? A PDF doesn't sync, so keep one main copy and export a page, such as a grocery list, when someone needs it.

Can I print it? Yes. It's made for tablets first, but any page prints: choose landscape and "fit to page" on US Letter or A4. The evergreen cover and section panels use a lot of ink, so print the working pages and skip those.
