Digital planner
  • Instant download, nothing ships
  • Works with Goodnotes, Notability & any PDF app
  • Yours to keep, no subscription

This strength training planner logs every session set by set: 156 numbered workout logs, each with room for 8 exercises and 5 sets of reps and weight, in a calm palette of sand, sage and terracotta. It's 406 undated, hyperlinked pages for Goodnotes and iPad, sent as an instant digital download with nothing shipped.

You get one undated PDF: 406 pages in five tabbed sections plus notes, with Monday-start weeks.

Works in Goodnotes, Notability and Noteshelf on iPad, and in Xodo or Samsung Notes on Android tablets: any note app that keeps PDF links.

Strength pages, in soft colors

The lifting side of the tracker is built for writing down what you actually did. Start with the workout split: name up to six training days, A to F, with six exercises and the sets and reps for each, then place them on your week. Keep your own moves in the exercise library (48 rows with area, equipment, sets, reps and form cues), and use the three reference pages when you need a name: 126 exercises grouped by muscle group and tagged by equipment, with no program attached.

Each workout log then takes the weight and reps for every set. When a lift beats your record, the strength record board has a box for it: eight exercises, each with a first entry, four more and your latest, with the weight, reps and date. Once a month, put your top set for up to 8 lifts on the two lift progress charts and join the dots across the year. Units are yours to choose.

All of it sits on warm sand paper with a deep sage rail down the left side, terracotta buttons and labels, and titles in a soft serif. A small arch with a terracotta sun over sage hills sits in the top corner of the inside pages, and the cover shows a terracotta and sage dumbbell under the same sun in a tall arch. The cover is light too, unlike the navy cover of the Energy design.

What's inside, in short

  • Start: your goals, optional starting stats and 12 progress photo frames
  • Plan: workout split, class schedule, exercise reference and library, 12 monthly plans and 52 weekly planners linked to their logs
  • Log: 156 workout logs, a 52-run running log, and 12 months each of steps & water, sleep and habits
  • Progress: record boards, lift charts, 12 monthly reviews, a year in pixels and four optional body pages
  • Food: 52 meal plans with grocery lists, an 84-day food journal and go-to meals
  • 4 notes pages and 2 sticker pages

The pages are the same as in the Energy fitness tracker, which has the full page-by-page tour; only the look changes. Both designs are in Time for you and digital planners.

This is a planning and logging tool, not medical, fitness or nutrition advice. You choose your own goals, and every body page is optional.

Questions about Soft Strength

Pounds or kilograms? Either. Nothing is printed in a fixed unit: the lift charts and the weigh-in log have a space to write yours, and the starting stats say any units.

How do the record boards work? Write your first record for an exercise at the top, then each new one below it, with the date. A second board does the same for cardio distances and times, plus milestones you're working toward.

Is it the same tracker as Energy? Yes: the same 406 pages and links. Soft Strength changes the colors, the fonts and the drawings.
