Planning it together

The pages are written for two people. Our Story has a line for Partner 1 and Partner 2, the priorities page gives each of you a top 3 before a shared top 3, and the fittings and vows pages have space for both partners.

One thing to know before you start: the PDF doesn't sync between people. If you each import it, you get two separate copies that slowly drift apart. The simplest setup is one main copy on one tablet. The other partner sends things to add, and when they need a page, such as the guest list or the day timeline, you export it and share it as a PDF or image.

A calm layout, no florals

Titles are thin, widely spaced capitals; cards and tables are drawn with hairlines; checkboxes are small squares. There are no flowers, flourishes or bright colors, just charcoal, taupe and a pale sand tint behind the cover title and the tab you're on. Section openers show a large, light number from 01 to 10, and the cover has two linked rings with lines for both your names and the date.

It suits couples who dislike florals, or who'd rather the color in their planner come from their own photos and swatches on the vision board.

Questions about Modern Minimal

How do I open it in Goodnotes? Save the PDF to the Files app, share it to Goodnotes (or use Import inside Goodnotes) and open it as a new notebook. Every tab is a live link.

Is there any color at all? Very little: charcoal type, taupe lines and that pale sand tint. Your pen supplies the rest.

We're not a bride and groom. Will it fit? Mostly, yes. The planning pages say Partner 1 and Partner 2, and wedding party roles read "best man / woman" and "maid / man of honor". A few labels are traditional, such as the bridal shower page and bridesmaid rows; write over them as you like.

Can I print it? Yes. Any page prints: choose landscape and "fit to page" on US Letter or A4. The pale pages use little ink.
