Printing this planner, honestly

Romantic Floral is made for tablets first, and every page also prints. The pages are landscape (4:3) and there is no portrait version, so choose landscape and "fit to page" in your print settings. On US Letter the page fills the sheet with a slim margin at the top and bottom; on A4 the spare space sits at the sides instead.

The background is a very pale cream and the roses stay in the corners, so a printed page uses little ink compared with a dark design. Because each page is scaled down to fit the paper, column labels shrink with it and print small.

You don't need to print all 114 pages. The pages that work well on paper:

• the eight countdown checklists, to tick off on the fridge
• the guest list pages, for addressing envelopes or chasing RSVPs by phone
• the two day timeline pages, to hand to your coordinator, wedding party or vendors

For a binder, print the sections you use, hole-punch them along one edge and add a divider for each section. The tab bar along the bottom doesn't link on paper, but its section names still show where every page belongs. You can keep the full planner on the tablet and only the printed checklists and timeline in the binder.

The floral design

Page titles are set in a deep rose serif, with a small sprig of roses, leaves and eucalyptus in each corner. Section openers are arch-shaped, with a wreath around the section numeral; checkboxes are little circles and the Home tab is a heart. The cover is a full wreath of roses and sage leaves with space for your names and date.

Do the flowers appear on every page? Yes, as small corner sprigs. The writing areas themselves stay plain cream.

Can I buy the floral checklist or seating planner on their own? No. In Romantic Floral they come only inside the Wedding Planning Bundle. On their own, they are sold in Gatsby Art Deco.

Does the budget add up totals for me? No. You write in your own figures; nothing calculates.
