This wedding seating chart printable is painted with blush roses, peach blooms and eucalyptus on soft cream, and you fill in every name yourself before it goes to the print shop. It's an instant digital download with nothing shipped: editable sign, table number and escort card files, plus a matching welcome sign.
You get one ZIP: 9 editable PowerPoint (.pptx) files in 24x36, 18x24 and 16x20 plus table numbers and escort cards, an instructions PDF, a print-samples PDF and the Inter font.
Edit in PowerPoint (Windows & Mac); the files also open in Google Slides and Keynote; Canva not needed.
A garden look, down to the table numbers
The roses here are drawn in a soft watercolor style: clusters of blush and peach flowers with sage and blue-green leaves fill the top corners of each sign, and a small garland sits under the title. Find your seat is set in large mixed-case Playfair Display in a deep mauve rose, with your names just below, rather than in capitals. Guest names are in a dark serif, and each table number sits beside its guest in mauve.
The welcome sign frames your names and date with a round wreath of greenery. On the table cards, the numbers are written out as words, from Table One to Table Thirty, plus The Head Table and The Sweetheart Table, each card with a front for your names and a back for the date. It's the only one of our three sign sets that spells the numbers out.
The floral alphabetical sign holds slightly fewer names than our other two designs: about 116 lines on one 24x36 sign, about 260 across two (A to L and M to Z), about 98 on 18x24 and about 36 lines on 16x20 (up to about 50 guests). The by-table layouts are the same as in every design: 20 or 30 tables of 10 on 24x36, 12 on 18x24 and 9 on 16x20.
In the download
- 24x36 sign file: welcome sign, alphabetical, alphabetical on two signs, and two by-table layouts, all with 1/8 in bleed
- 18x24 and 16x20 files: welcome, alphabetical and by-table signs
- Table numbers in 4x6 and 5x7, plus both sizes on US Letter with crop marks
- Flat escort cards (10 per page) and folded tent cards (4 per page)
- Instructions and a print-samples PDF
Pasting your list, editing tables and ordering prints work the same in every design. For the full walkthrough and the size guide, see the Gatsby Art Deco seating chart template. The same roses run through the Romantic Floral wedding planner, and the Wedding Planning Bundle, Romantic Floral includes this sign set. For simple type and no flowers, see Modern Minimal; more in Getting married.
Questions about Romantic Floral
Can I change "Table One" to a numeral? Yes. Every word on the card is editable text, so you can type "1" or rename a table, for example "Family".
Which fonts does it use? Playfair Display and Inter, both free Google Fonts. Inter is in the Fonts folder and Playfair Display is a free download from Google Fonts; Google Slides already has both.
Can I move the flowers? No. The artwork is the slide background, which keeps it from shifting while you type. The text boxes on top move freely.
