Wedding Planning Bundle, Romantic Floral

This printable wedding organizer brings four floral pieces together: a 114-page wedding planner, a checklist & timeline, a seating planner and an editable seating chart sign set, all drawn with blush roses and sage leaves on warm cream. It's an instant digital download with nothing shipped, for your tablet first and for paper whenever you want it.

You get one ZIP with 4 numbered folders: 3 hyperlinked PDFs and an editable sign set of 9 PowerPoint files.

Works in Goodnotes, Notability and Noteshelf on iPad, and in Xodo or Samsung Notes on Android tablets: any note app that keeps PDF links. The sign files open in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote; Canva not needed.

Two floral pieces you'll only find here

The floral wedding planner and the floral sign set are sold on their own, but the Romantic Floral checklist & timeline and seating planner are not: in this design, they come only inside this bundle. Their covers carry the same rose wreath as the planner, with Checklist and Seating set in a rose-colored serif, and inside, every page has rose sprigs in the corners, soft pink table headers and a heart for Home.

That makes it the set to choose if you want one look on everything you print. The pages are cream with the flowers kept to the edges, so they print with little ink: the countdown checklists, the morning and evening timelines and the guest index all work well in a binder. On the signs, the roses become soft watercolor clusters, and the table cards spell the numbers out, from Table One to Table Thirty.

Bought one by one, the four matching Gatsby Art Deco pieces (the only design in which the checklist and seating planner are sold on their own) cost $33.96; this bundle is $24.99.

What's in the four folders

• 1 Wedding planner: 114 undated pages in 10 sections, from the budget and 168 guest lines to vendors, the seating chart and the big day
• 2 Checklist & timeline: 31 pages with 144 pre-written tasks, countdown pages from 12+ months out, the wedding week and a 2-page day timeline
• 3 Seating planner: 31 pages of floor plans, assignments for 24 tables, a 216-line guest index, meals and allergies
• 4 Sign set: 24x36, 18x24 and 16x20 signs (welcome, alphabetical and by table), table numbers, escort cards, instructions and print samples

The pages match the other designs. For the full page-by-page tour of all four pieces, see the Gatsby Art Deco wedding planner bundle. The planner on its own is the Romantic Floral printable wedding planner, and the signs are the floral seating chart printable. Prefer clean lines? Questions about the Romantic Floral bundle

Can I buy the floral checklist on its own? No. In Romantic Floral it's only in this bundle. The Gatsby Art Deco checklist is sold separately.

Which fonts do the signs need? Playfair Display and Inter, both free Google Fonts. Inter is in the download and Playfair Display is a free download from Google Fonts; Google Slides already has both.

What's the easiest way to keep it on paper? Print the planner sections you use in landscape with "fit to page", hole-punch them into a binder with a divider per section, and keep the full set on your tablet.
