Plain, clean and quick to set up

Modern Minimal has no illustrations to work around. The cover is a soft greige block with two thin overlapping circles, one terracotta and one charcoal, and the property name in large, bold Inter. Inside, the pages are white with left-aligned charcoal headings, a short terracotta rule under each title and light gray cards. Because it uses a single typeface, there's one font to install, and it's in the download; Google Slides already has it.

The sample home, Linden House, reads like a modern home a short walk from an old town. About the Home mentions heated bathroom floors, a remote for the front blinds and open-sided stairs to watch with little ones. The garage holds two bikes and helmets (same code as the door), parking mentions an outdoor outlet for charging an electric car, and the trash page has an "after pickup day" note about bringing the bins back. The appliance cards include a hot tub and a gas grill, and page 18 is Parks & Trails, with a riverside park, a hill loop and a paved bike path to the lake.

With white pages and almost no artwork, the inside pages are the lightest of our three designs to print at home.

Questions about Modern Minimal

Is it only for city rentals? No. The neutral look suits any home. The sample happens to be a house near an old town; rename Parks & Trails or any other page to match where you are.

Do I need to install fonts? For PowerPoint or Keynote, install Inter from the Fonts folder (double-click each file, then Install) and restart the app. Google Slides needs nothing.

Will the cover print with a white edge? On most home printers, yes: the greige block runs to the edge of the page. Use borderless printing if your printer has it, or a print shop. The inside pages are white, so they print cleanly either way.
